The remote control is so awesome I don't have to go outside if it's cold or raining super quiet but it doesn't seem to have the same power as my louder exactly the same powered different manufacturer model but the features this has out Waze its faults

First time generator owner. The instructions were great and it started right up. I love that it has wheels and remote start. Also very excited for dual fuel, we plan to use this a lot next summer with our Wolf Pup 16TS but can also use it to power some items at our house if we needed to.

Easy to Get Started

Purchased the iGen4500DF by mail order after the latest storm. While the power stayed on I wanted to be prepared in case I'm not so lucky next time. This generator will be used to power the essentials such as the refrigerator, sump pump, and some lights when the next outage hits.
The generator came well packaged and it worked right out of the box with no issues. Everything you need to get started, except fuel, is included right in the box.
So far I've run it for a few hours on both gas and propane with varying loads and it has handled everything like a champ.

The plan is to burn it in for a few more hours, change the oil, then prep it for long term storage so it's ready when needed. It's a little heavy so definitely not "portable" but the wheels and handle make it easy to maneuver and its relatively compact size make it easy to store out of the way in the garage. Much easier to handle than a full sized open frame generator. For its size, this unit cannot be beat!.

When deciding which brand to purchase after comparing a comparable manufacture I decided to purchase the Westinghouse based on value, quality and reviews. I am so glad that I chose the iGen4500DF. It has exceeded my expectation for quality and performance. It came with everything I needed to start using right out of the box. That convenience can't be beat.
