Please fix the choke issues

I just purchased this inverter generator 4500df and as several YouTube videos have stated. There is a choke issue. You have to open the panels up and plug in the connector that opens up the choke for the unit to run right. Seriously Westinghouse!!

Easy direction to follow

I bought this a month and so happy I did to prepare for winter storm. Also the reasons I bought it since I have a toddler and baby, I couldn't waste not having heater or other electrical devices off for a couple of days. Safety first, I have learned from last year winter storm in Texas.
