I bought this generator for camping, and it works great for that. also it will be nice to have just in case the power goes out at home.

I just bought this, so my review is limited to first impressions. I read the manual, unboxed it, added oil, connected the battery, connected the propane, and it started right up. It is reasonably quiet. I appreciate the features and the info provided by the lcd screen. I'm looking forward to the next power outage, which in SE Texas could happen any day now.

Only just purchased the gen but it’s pretty impressive so far. Wasn’t sure on the quality of oil provided with it so I decided to put in Amsoil 10W-30 to ensure it had high quality lubricant. Past reviews indicated problems with the automatic choke and the issue is usually that the control wire is unplugged from the control board. Took covers off to check that the auto choke wire was connected to the control board and it was so good to go there. Connected the battery and hit the start button. It fired right up in about 2 seconds as if it had just been running. Was pretty impressed. Tested the remote start and again it fired right up instantly. Very quiet for this amount of power so I am very happy. Now just hope it proves to be durable and reliable for years to come.

Switching from propane to gas it doesn't always stay running. Changing oil can be messy, but over all product I would recommend.
