I haven't started it yet but unboxing it has been fine. It was shipped with good packaging to protect it. Only one cosmetic blemish on the front cover but it's a generator and I'm sure it will get plenty more bumps and bruises. Looking forward to using it on our RV soon.

I just received the product today. Instructions easy to follow. Did initial set setup and hooked propane tank. Hit start and it started right up. Only issue is that the rubber battery stap is broken. Will need to contact Westinghouse fo a replacement.

Simple setup instructions. Started right up on gasoline. Tried propane and it also worked great. A very, very quiet generator.

my son purchased this for me and I am so excited and happy as I will no longer have to be worried when there is a power outage so easy to start !! Used to have one that had a pull rope, but couldn't use this any longer as I don't have the strength.

Easy setup

purchased this as a home backup. I have only had the generator for an hour or so and so far I am impressed. The only negative so far is adding the oil for the initial setup. Do not add the entire bottle of oil! I was under the assumption it was like anything you buy in that they provide an adequate amount of oil...guess that's what I get for assuming
