Bought this product because of excellent reviews. After unboxing, product looks indeed solid and very well designed. User Manual clear and complete with list of part numbers. Product will be a delight to operate.

Nice generator for RV usage

This unit is easy to set up and get running. Plenty of power to run everything in an RV with one 15,000 BTU A/C. Runs quiet enough to have a conversation sitting next to it.

So far great (except for one problem)

I did a lot of research and decided to go with this model. So far it has been great. The design is clean and it is well made. The manual is really well done.
I have been using it with a 5th wheel and have just over 20 hours on it. It always starts up smooth and is fairly quiet.
My only complaint is the fuel gauge has not worked since I got it almost a month ago. The LED data center has read empty the whole time and the remaining run time always shows zero. I have refilled it once already. I will call customer support and can hopefully get it resolved.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worked the first time!

I bought this to run my room air conditioner and recharge my phones/laptops during PG&E's Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS). Works great! I am using a propane tank as fuel, since I also have a gas grill. Love the power meter as it show my air conditioner is drawing much less than expected. It makes a little noise, but a lot quieter than any of the other generators in the neighbor hood.

Easy Start

Connected propane tank it started on first attempt using the pushbutton start. Also tested pull-cord start and remote start. Worked like a champ. Auto choke worked properly. Have not tried with gas yet. So far very pleased!

Great Product

Product arrived in good shape. Simple instructions. Installed oil and battery, put gas in and it fired up on first try with the remote start. Ample power for our entire Travel Trailer
