I nearly purchased a competing inverter generator but chose this unit because it has: a) Much higher power output for the same cost; b) dual fuel -- VERY useful!; and c) Positive reviews including from my brother-in-law. I've only tested it so far (for about 30 minutes on about 2000 watt load) but it worked flawlessly on both fuel types. If it continues to function this way in the future, I will be a VERY pleased owner. (I wish I was as satisfied with the review webpage: its requirements for no ad blocking and no popups caused me lost time to figure out how to disable these security measures. Not cool...)

I ordered this product on 8/2/2021 after months long researches, and received in a week early than expected. Tested break in on dual fuel with no problems at all. Noise level was pretty decent as specification said.

Has the features and power that I was looking for. Initial startup was super easy on both propane and gas. Using for both home backup and RV. Running RV air conditioning was perfect even at 5000ft. Very pleased.

I'm so happy I purchased this generator! I got it for my travel trailer. It has all the features I want. It was super easy to set up and also very easy to use. So excited to use it on my first adventure 'off the grid'!!!!
