Trouble Starting Issues

Once the generator is started I love how quiet it is. I also love that it is lightweight. Sometimes it gets finicky about starting when I use the automatic start and/or the key phob.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very nice appearance and features

It’s a heavy unit, and a “handful” for a single person to lift into the back of a pickup or into a storage compartment of a RV. I wish the engineers would come up with an exhaust extension so that CO fumes would be ducted away from the RV. Overall, I believe it’s the best answer for running two A/C’s with a residential refrigerator. I installed SoftstartRV’s on both of my 15k BTU A/C’s. And that made it feasible for me to use the iGen4500DF Inverter/Generator.

The generator was packed very well and with no damage. I put the oil in and it started right up. The handle is a very nice feature and rolls around nicely.
