Super fast delivery. Simple setup. Started and runs like a champ! Extremely quiet. For the power, I say it’s quieter than Honda. Duel fuel is the only way to go. Remote start fired right up and ran like a champ. Customer support if needed ( you will not need it) is there for you.
I order 2. One for my camper, the second as whole home backup and needed it already.

Duel Fuel generator ran well on propane. Easily started A/C and coffee pot. It is no louder than the A/C unit and no neighbors complained about the noise. Only ran generator while we were at the campsite to supervise.

Awesome quiet generator

This is one of quietest generators I’ve ever heard. Easily powers our 27ft trailer travel with ease. Lasts a good 16-20 hours on one tank of gas depending on what you are running in your RV at the time. Would definitely purchase this again and recommend to friends.

Ran well right out of box, quiet at low loads. Make sure to follow a good break in procedure. Recommend adding a step before starting by turning over the engine with the pull cord a few time to cycle oil (with battery OFF you don't want it to start yet). Then start following procedure outlined. Time will tell how reliable it is since mine is still new, but everything worked as delivered.
Oil fill leaked a bit with the .6L bottle shipped; not easy to get under the engine inside the cover to clean up, so it comes out the bottom holes eventually. Make sure you fill somewhere that can stand a bit of oil.
One annoyance was the user manual that came with mine was apparently for an older version iGen4500DF. It was missing info on the parallel outlets and their operation for example. Shipping boxes didn't match either, no picture or mention of these outlets. This was one of the key features I wanted to be able to run dual AC and other electronics in the summer heat off grid. At first I was concerned the gen didn't have the ports, but when I opened the box to my relief they were there. I later found the right manual online. Wasted some time but ended up with the right gen and documentation.

took out of box, plugged in battery, added oil and gas, started right up. plugged in camper and it ran all components, just what i wanted it to do.
