shipped in two days very well packaged added oil and gas and plugged in battery started right up tried propane worked great!! remote was attached to pull start rope had a hard time finding it but gave me a chance to look over gen and see how well built hopefully it will last for many years

Purchased in January and used it for the first time this weekend and although it had trouble running my trailer AC with nothing else on, it performed well most of the time.

No notable issues - careful with initial oil fill.

Followed instructions and fired up just fine with electric start on propane fuel - ran for an hour to break in. Only issue was entire container of oil ended up exceeding capacity. Did seem to be a small amount of oil in there from factory so may need just less than the 0.6L capacity when initially filling.

Unit started well right out of the box using the electric start and recoil. Remote doesn't seem to be pairing to the generator even with multiple attempts. Checked batteries in fob and they are good. Missing the manuals and Quick Start guide upon opening box. Runs quietly but does trip easily on RV AC start up of second unit running on LP. Overall seems solid but to run both AC units we will probably need to parallel to get enough starting amps. Like the option of dual fuel.
