Really quiet and really high tech

Just fired it up for the first time. Started right away. Very quiet - my neighbors were complimentary! I love the control panel. All the connectors and data read-outs anyone could want.

I bought this to use "just in case" and haven't had to yet. It arrived undamaged. Everything was included. I'll update when/if I have to really pull it out and use it.

I bought this to replace a standard generator for our camp. My wife loves the push button/remote and mostly to quiet of this unit. I haven't run is thru any heavy duty yet still being broken in. already thinking about a second to slave and have 2 for a house backup

Peak power and run time

Like all features except the manual meter that I have to push a button to change volts/watts etc. Box shows auto feature meter. Takes forever to get these dual fuel model. Looking for another one. My second Westinghouse house in less then a month.

A generator with outstanding features and support!

I've not had the opportunity to use this generator in the field, but really like the fact that it has a duel fuel system (propane and gasoline). In addition, it has a remote starter which is exactly what I want in a generator.
I would also like to offer praise to Westinghouse for it's excellent customer service. Westinghouse went out of it's way to correct a problem and more than met my expectation for fantastic customer service. Thank you for providing a simple fix for me (the customer) and being so very positive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Generator

I bought the igen4500DF 20 days ago and am impressed with the quality and features. I have only run it with gas so far, but I'm confident this unit will meet our needs.
The left side panel was cracked upon delivery. I was able to contact support easily on a Sunday. The parts department obviously wasn't open an but a case was opened. I am sure this will be resolved quickly.

Amazing Generator But flawed

Bought a pair of these to run in parallel, the features seemed amazing and it was exactly what I was looking for to power my RV. But one of the pair of generators kept overloading right out of the box while the other operated perfectly. I managed to isolate the issue to the motor of one of the pair and am now in the process of making a warranty cliam. Very disappointed to have to deal with this while my family is trying to enjoy camping. Now we are delayed while Westinghouse deals with this, lord only knows how long that will take.
