Awsome Product set up easy tested it out with the Camper at full power AC and all other electrical ran @ 50%.

Ample power & long runtime

I bought this generator prior to Hurricane Beryl and am glad I did. When the power went out, we had plenty of capacity to power a refrigerator, tv, router and a handful of fans. The generator is fuel-efficient and ran for quite some time (gasoline) - I like the ability to power the generator with propane as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So Far, So Good

Haven't had this long enough to give a good review but early expectations have been satisfied. Delivered in good condition. Filled the crankcase with oil. Hooked the battery up and after connecting the propane hose and regulator, I turned the unit on, pressed the remote, and in a few seconds it was running. Very quiet and smooth. I like the tow/pull handle and display. We're planning to give this a good workout at our off grid cabin in Georgia. We will see.

I bought the generator new two weeks ago.The fit and finish on the generator is top notch. Set up was very easy - adding oil. I like the threaded funnel tube that prevents spillage. A nice feature. Instruction manual easy to follow. It started right up on propane with the electric key fob. That's going to be a nice feature to use from inside my camper on a rainy day. My son and nephew already have this model for the past year and they love it. That helped in my decision to buy this one.

Horrible horrible company

I have purchased this generator, and have not been able to use it. It started then stalled then refused to start again. That's been over 2 weeks, I have reported it four times to the company and have received nothing but a stock email. We now have no power and no generator, and the emergency support line you are supposed to call when that happens does nothing. I feel taken advantage of and completely unsupported. Shame on you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased my inverter on June 22,2024.Thank goodness we had the inverter for when Hurricane Beryl struck us in early July 2024. We didn’t have any issues getting it ready for Beryl. No problems at all.
