Was worried about how loud it was at first.

When we first started it in our back yard, it was very loud. Luckily it was because it was surrounded by fences and our house. We moved it to the front yard and it was much quieter. The remote has worked properly the few times we have used it, and the running off propane is working great. Once we get a couple more hours on it I plan to swap the included oil out and try normal gas. The eco mode ramps up perfectly, and it powered our test 1500w heater perfectly fine. Looking forward to using it on our RV.

Just what I need

I did a lot of research and decided to go with this Westinghouse iGen4500DF for my camper and household use. The generator came intact and should more than fill my needs. Have yet to use it but am sure it will be fine based on what I have read.

nice unit for real life use, home & RV

waited many months for this restock! features were worth our wait. use for RV (30A). also for home outages. Big enough powerwise to handle what's needed. Small enough to store/manage moving around. Well thought out, don't have to buy two generators now. Remember to plug in battery when arrives prior to starting, oops...started immediately after I did that.
