So quiet for it's power

Got this as a Christmas present. Runs pretty quiet for a generator putting out 3330 watts on propane. Very happy with this generator, it kept us nice and warm when we were camping in 30 degree weather. Remote is a nice touch.

Great Generator - Extremely Quiet and Easy to Use

We have been researching multiple generators and we continued to come back to the iGen4500DF. We could not be happier with the purchase, it started right up and provides great power as a backup to our home. It is great that this particular model can use both propane and gasoline.

Great features and quiet!

Finding a duel fuel inverter in this power range at this price is rare. This generator totally meets everything I was looking for. It’s quiet, dependable and easy to use with a lot of features.

Great Customer Service and Good product

My first IGen generator had a recall on the unit and was sent a new generator which did not start on gas. Customer service was very helpful and was able to get me a new one quickly which has been working well. Prior to the recall unit the generator was working well and was used on several camping trips this year. The lighter weight is nice without sacrificing quality. Very easy set-up and I especially like the ability to start the unit with the key fob from the trailer without having to go to the unit when needing to run the microwave for a short period. The unit is quieter than most generators. I picked this unit for the portability and ability to wheel it to a given location and it has not disappointed.

It was great when it worked but....

I bought this in November for a boat move from Albany, New York to St. Pete, Florida. We used it at night to power lights and charge electronics. 2 days in tot the trip it stopped working. We couldn't get it started. Finally did. It stopped working again 4 days later. We had to stop to take it apart layer by layer to clean all the components, put it back together and pray. It id start again but quit when the mate overfilled the oil. Taken apart again.... good thing we are handy! Also, the exhaust is HORRIBLE ~ very black and oily! I vented over the deck but the transom and side of the boat were black by the third night. I would probably buy this again though... it was quiet and effective enough to to power 3 people and a 36' boat needs.

I was so happy to find this generator. It is dual fuel (propane/gas) and has a remote start. There is not another generator on the market that can produce 4500 watts that is both dual fuel and remote start.

This generator replaces the original purchase due to fuel recall. This has performed as well as the first one. Props to Westinghouse for replacing the generator so quickly. Have recommended this model to all my friends
