Haven't used it yet. I received a recall long before the unit was delivered. Still discerning if I'm reading the serial number correctly? I would of gave it 5 stars if not for the recall, hope I can someday say. Long after the price has been paid and long forgotten, the quality still remains!

Great Features for RV’s

I recently purchased mine and used it to power my RV. The electric start on it has saved my arms and shoulders the brutal beating most recoil starters give me. The remote makes it even better especially when it is raining and no one wants to go outside to turn it off. The only thing I would like to see in the future is that it be a little bit more compact in size and weight. It be easier to secure in a truck tool box and not be chained down in the back of the truck.

I am not a gear head but found this generator so easy to set up and operate. It is extremely quiet and started on first pull.

I bought it a week to run my RV. I love it. It has everything I would want in a rv generator. It’s quiet, I can run it on gas or propane. The digital display lets me know the remaining run time, power output, fuel level, voltage and hrs on the motor. It also has a remote to start and stop the generator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

COMPACT, TRULY PORTABLE, EFFICIENT GENERATOR

I purchased in the past month for home back up. Fortunately have not had a need yet. Lots of research (and education in Electronics) led me to this unit as an Inverter is the best option going for truly reliable power supply. I wish there was a 240 volt option (standard transfer switch plug vs TT-30R) of these smaller enclosed, Duel Fuel units. True that I would have to switch around available power, but it'd be nice to be able to power up a well pump, hot water heater, etc. Otherwise, this baby handles most all 120v needs in short term power outage so long as you pay attention to max power vs. nominal.

I just opened the box(which was badly damaged by UPS) and everything seems to be okay. Haven’t started it up yet, waiting to verify this unit is not on the recall list for fuel valve issues before I start it up.

excellent generator

I've only used it one time so far, but performed excellent. I will say the manual is incorrect saying to add the entire bottle of oil, however had i read the quick start guide, it tells you to add the oil until its full. I guess ill blame overflowing the oil on myself for not reading everything first!! FYI, the entire bottle of oil will overfill the generator!!! After cleaning up the oil mess, I connected the propane and it fired up first try with the remote. I let it run for a few minutes, shut it down, and restarted, again first try. I then hooked up my RV and started turning things on. I had a 15000 btu air conditioner, residential refrigerator, two fans, one air purifier, and the inverter for 12 volt lighting all going with no problem. Decided to kick on the microwave just to see what it would do. It did run it, but maxed it out, so i turned it off. I am super impressed with this generator and all the features, and am hoping it has a long service life.
