Lacks conveniences

I have to jump through hoops to have the generator provide electricity the way I wanted it to function. Unhappy to learn the remote start feature drains the battery when the feature is left on for 12 hours or so. Unhappy to learn I can't leave anything plugged in while doing a remote start. Unhappy to learn I can't leave the eco feature on while starting the generator, Unhappy to learn I can't charge the battery with an external battery charger while it's connected to the generator. Perhaps it's my charger to blame. No info in the operating manual regarding the battery, Somewhat difficult to remove the battery because of space limitations if you have large hands. I complain because I bought the generator to provide heat to my RV when I'm in the remote northern sections of Maine when it's 20 degrees to 20 below zero. To my disappointment, I can't stay in my bed nice and warm to start the generator with the FOB. I will say the generator is quiet and I can't say much more about it because I have run it for less than 10 minutes. It does appear to be well built though.

Good generator I really the remote

overall it seems to be good generator for my camper. I really like being able to start it from inside the camper at anytime.

A very good upgrade to previous generator

I received the generator yesterday in advance of yet another hurricane headed for Florida. I got it for the dual fuel option. Unboxing was pretty straightforward, and one thing I will mention is that the wheels really help with mobility. My first generator, which is just as heavy, was nearly impossible to move. But this one made movement super easy.
The directions in the manual were thorough. I do think they need some work with organization of it and have matching graphics to the items they discuss in the manual.
I will update this post as I proceed through setup and running the generator in the coming days, so stay tuned!

This generator is exactly what you need for RV'ing. Quality is excellent. Dual power ability is great. Very quiet and with a lot power. Wheels and handle make this as easy to move. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Very Quiet

I have completed the 5 hour break in period and the unit has performed well. The power is stable and the unit is very quiet. It picks up the load of my RV AC well when I first start it, but it has some problem after the unit has been running for awhile. I hope this will improve with usage.
