I like how quiet it is for how many watts it can produce. The Dual fuel is the other selling factor for me. I would definitely recommend to a friend

Superb and reliable

I purchased this unit and have had several positive experiences. Quick and reliable start, along with very sturdy construction. Very much pleased overall.Duel fuel option is the best feature.

All the features I need

It powers all ten circuits of our house that are on the transfer switch (refrigerator, lights, plugs, insert, range, water heater). The RV outlet gives max output, so I needed a pigtail and cord. It’s light enough to move around easily. Starts right up by a light pull. The battery has to be fully charged to start by button. Dual fuel is a great feature because it gives you options in an emergency. Quiet.

I only just received it and started it up. A word of warning - don't try and fit the entire bottle of oil, even though it says it should fit. I also had trouble replacing the dipstick/oil plug. It's either poorly machined or the plastic plug is too soft. Also, it's not as quiet as I expected, although it is supposed to be quieter than comparable models.
Other than those caveats, I am happy with the features and capabilities of this unit. For me it is everything I need in an emergency generator.

Just purchased. The generator did have some oil in it from factory so it over filled when I added the .6L that was provided. Other than having to drain some oil out seems to run pretty good
