I JUST PURCHASED THIS UNIT BECAUSE YOU CAN RUN IT ON LP GAS OR GASOLINE. AFTER INITIAL START UP IN BOTH MODES IT PERFORMED WELL. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE, AND WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANY ONE LOOKING FOR A DUEL FUEL INVERTER GENERATOR, PLUS I FORGOT TO MENTION IT IS VERY QUIET WHEN RUNNING!

Dual fuel generator

We purchased the igen4500DF about 2 months ago online from Sam's club. We did our research and wanted this dual fuel model and it was on sale. Really simple to start up and it comes with everything you will need to begin with and to use with gas or propane. I just tried it out today for an hour on propane only and it worked great on small appliances. Just waiting for our chance to take it on our next trip and see how it will power our trailer.

All accessories and tools included. So easy to set up. Oil pre-measured. Two steps to get running. Very quite.

I purchased this item a few weeks ago. I live inside a national forest where it winds and rains often blowing branches onto power lines causing power loss for many hours at a time. This occurs about 30 times a year, shortest downtime being an hour and longest being 6 days. Last week I lost power twice for about 12 hours each time and this unit kept my kitchen area and frig running perfectly, saving about $600 worth of frozen/cooled items, twice, hence $1,200 saved by a unit that cost less than that just in 2 weeks! Easy to connect and very quiet to run.
