Can not beat the quality and dependability

This is my third Westinghouse iGen generator and the best one yet. We have a 2200 and 2000 that we have to parallel so we purchased this 5000 with the remote start and dual fuel because we are getting older and plan to do a lot of traveling and having to parallel the two smaller ones each time we stop is a pain. The added bonuses are the remote start and ability to use propane. Received it today, put in the oil and hooked up the propane and it started immediately. We are now going through the 5 hour break-in and will change the oil over to synthetic then we will be good to go for several more years.
You cannot beat their quality and dependability and why we chose to stick with Westinghouse.

I purchased this generator for my mobile food business. Had the iGen 4500 that we had used for camping for several years. I was so impressed with that one that I upgraded to the 11000 for my new food trailer. I've only had it a short time but so far it runs quietly and has no problem pulling the load of an AC, Fridge, Water heater, and a refrigerated prep rail. I could add more equipment to the trailer and the iGen11000 would have no problem with it.

Good Quality to start and very quiet

I only just received this this generator and have done some light break-in with it at this point and testing all the functionality. The build quality is very good and the packaging was great. I have used gas generators for years and this is my first inverter and tri-fuel generator. Looking forward to the use of propane and not having to shuttle gas all the time. Really impressed with how quiet this generator is. I could literally stand within a few feet and have a normal conversation. Time will tell, but I specifically ordered this to charge my Anker Solix F3800s during an extended power outage. The F3800s need clean power which this generator has at <3% THD.

This thing is massive, and we are very excited to use it for one of our pizza ovens in the food truck! Shipping was fast and easy, thankfully. Glad it comes with the handle and on wheels cause it is certainly heavy.

We drove from Sacramento ca to sparks nv to buy this Generator. And so far it was worth the drive! We unboxed it, put battery and oil in, pushed the button and it started right up. My husband couldn’t believe it. Then he found the telescopic handle that he didn’t think it had. It also came with the cord to charge the battery. So happy with the weight of it as well. This 5000watt generator is going to power our RV no problem! I think we made a great choice!
