We bought this generator prior to the hard freeze here in Texas. With the power being out for 5 days we ran our Refrigerator T.V and DVD player perfectly.

Easy Start up.

Followed the manual to set up my generator, step by step, used the remote and the generator kick over the 1st time. Plug in 2 air compressor both started up and ran. No problem and I like the propane dual fuel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am a full time RV traveler and single female and I purchased this product for the great features. I had researched awhile before I decided on this one. I can move it singlehandedly on it's wheels and the convenience of using gas or propane is invaluable. The remote start was an added bonus. This is by far the best purchase outside of my travel trailer itself that I have made for this lifestyle.

Great features and price, support pending

I like the dual fuel options. It was difficult to start out of the box. Left it on charger overnight thinking battery was dead. The Start button never lit up and I had to pull start. It took quite a while but got it to start on propane and seamlessly transitioned to gas. After a few minutes the start button lit up but would not shut unit down nor restart once manually shut down. Tested battery, putting out 12.36V. Must be some issue with batter connection or internal wiring. I've been waiting almost a week (granted over Christmas holiday) for support to call back. At least the guy taking the support ticket was really nice. There's that!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
