Wouldn’t start

Oil is full, gas full and on, selector switch to gasoline and good spark. Electric start turning engine over but no combustion

off grid need a very good gen

After getting two bad apples I decided to go with this generator, I wanted the power as well as the push start, as I am unable to pull the string. Out the box it is heavy put manageable putting the wheels on was easy, and from there very easy to move. Hocked up to my propane tank, had a little trouble with the key fob but once it started it ran great, I have two air conditioner's, a 42 inch flat screen, a Dometic fridge, 1250 yeti and also deep cycle batteries charging all at once first day running it with no problem. Only gave four stars because this is only first day in operation, so far so good I will know better after a month or two of usage

Generator is a replacement for one that would not start despite being serviced more than once. This unit starts, but cannot be run on propane as it pulsates constantly and then dies out.

Stopped working first time

Less than three weeks old. First time I needed it, it started, then immediately stalled and wouldn't start with either gas or propane. Frustrating to sit through a storm without power with a large paperweight in my garage.

Great value and features

Best generator out there for the features and versatility. Excellent value for the price. Dual fuel gives you great back up option. Propane has much longer shelf life, no worries about fuel going bad and gumming up the carburetor. Electric start with added remote start fob. Includes trickle charger to keep generator battery charge topped off and ready when you need to start it. Was worried about shipping damage from previous reviews. Box did not look good when it arrived, but there was no damage to the generator. Wheel kit assembly very easy. Nice oil funnel with premeasured amount of required oil included. Backup power ready to go.

Overall happy, but Oil Reservoir hard to access

Purchased 10/09/20 online, Received curbside on 10/14/20, Assembled and ran 11/01/20. Assembly of wheels and feet went smooth. I did not use the included 10W30 oil and purchased 5W30 due to the minus temperatures we get in the Winter. The Oil Reservoir was difficult to access, difficult to determine how much oil to add (no mention in manual what capacity is) so I ended up spilling oil on my 'flat surface' sidewalk. After connecting propane it started after 5th attempt using push button start. Remote Start works great. No plans to use gasoline as propane never expires and intended for emergency use only (well, refrigerator, lights)

Won’t start

We just purchased this generator and it’s totally dead. We are in the process of getting our issue fixed. It does have some good features but until we can get it started we can’t recommend. I hope it is a speedy process because we have a 1500 mile trip in a couple of weeks and will most definitely a generator.
