I just bought this and have already needed it for cold weather. It ran great, provided consistent power and was easy to operate. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for this size of generator.

I bought this two days before bad weather. It started right up even though it was 11 degrees outside. Haven't tried the propane tank yet but on gasoline it powers all my needs.

Backup generator

This generator has come in extremely handy during power outages caused by hurricanes. It is extremely gas efficient and powered the necessary essentials for over 12 hours on a tank of gas also it provides great versatility and that you can use propane as well

Easy For Non-DIY-er

I bought this to deal with rolling blackouts in my fire-prone neighborhood. I wanted something small and affordable that ran on propane. This was easy to set up and start, even for me, a very non-DIYer. The instructions are great. It's heavy, though! Get your dolly ready and pay for the handle & wheels.

Entire packaging came filled with oil everywhere. The tools it came with was also soaked in oil. Couldnt put oil in my generator because the oil bottle it came with had leaked and was empty. Generator was super rough to start. Took me about 50-60 pulles to get it going. I even went by the steps and instructions. Horrible first experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
