Great for the price. Surprised

Had issues at first to start. It seemed confused between gas and propane (and i am solely on propane). Once i got it going once, this thing has been flawless. No complaints 1 year in. It got used for over a 48 hour power outage. Recommended.

Starts nicely, and not too heavy.

Bought this to provide emergency power should there be an issue. Also, since not really heavy (I thing 100lbs) it can be brought elsewhere and used when working outside far from normal electrical service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hopefully Customer Service can help, but right now it won't start on propane!!!

Easy to use

Seems to run great. Had trouble starting the first time with propane but gave it a shot of starting fluid and now works fine.
