The generator starts right up with 1 or 2 pulls. It runs smooth and fairly quiet. Getting to that point required a little more work than expected. First, there were loose bolts that required tightening. Second, the generator arrives with "support brackets" that must be removed prior to operation. The instruction packet has a picture of support brackets. The problem is the packet doesn't identify where the brackets are located and the ones in the picture don't match the actual brackets. After communication with Westinghouse I was able to locate and remove them. Additionally, although the WGen3600 comes with a wheel kit and handle, the WGen3600v model does not...would have appreciated that being in the description.
We have not been able to use it yet, but it arrived in perfect condition and seems to be all that was advertised. We are happy to have it for the upcoming summer.
