We just bought a travel trailer and are getting ready to do some traveling across the U.S. and we do know we will not be able to have an electrical hook up all the time. This is why we bought this generator which runs on both gas and L.P.

I ordered this generator in preparation for hurricane season but shortly after buying it needed a generator to power a house that was having electrical problems. This generator ran for over three days, powered a large window AC unit, a fridge, and some power strips for chargers and such. It ran smooth and provided everything we needed. Can't beat that for the price. Great that it comes with the tools because the spark plug would be hard to get to otherwise. Handle is awesome for moving it around. Great product so far!

Dual Fuel and Easy to Operate

The unit arrived as indicated in the literature and was very easy to prep for operation. Add the inclosed wheel kit, add the oil, connect the battery and add your fuel source (LP was my choice). Hit the auto and start and the unit was running without incident. Would have given the unit a 5 star rating, however the unit did have a bent frame rail on the top (see attached photo) and a small bolt and two washer floating around in the large plastic cover that the unit came in. Have no idea as to where the extra hardware came from or should go.

Quiet, runs a long time on a bottle of gas. Remote/electric/pull start covers all bases. Including a minimal power strip would have been useful.

Easy setup and use

This generator worked for 3 days keeping the sump pump running during this latest storm. The ease of propane fuel and remote start gave piece of mind that it could be tenderd by just about anyone. So far a great product... Now for the bad part... While it has nothing to do with the overall operation, quality is very important. This unit was the second to arrive with its vibration support leg broken. The quality and thickness of the casting needs to be improved. The good news is that the customer service manager..MT has been very helpful in rectifying the issue. I hope in the end a viable solution can be found as I'm sure others have received similarly damaged units.
