Built well - so easy to setup and use!!!

We live in Florida and purchased this generator to help us through power outages. As we are older Floridians, we were a little concerned about ease of use, but this generator is amazing!!! It was easy to setup, starts right up, mobile - perfect!! And it has the Westinghouse brand name. Can't do better than that!!

Just now set it up and started it with electric start/key bob.
For elderly people, etc. This feature is great for starting. Started first time.

3600 DF duel fuel generator

First one was damaged. This one looks good so far. Will start tomorrow. Last few years we have had some really bad fires then rain events with power outages. Trying to get ready.

good features; dual fuel

So far, so good. Set up is easy and other than needing a little help w/ key fob everything went well; also great customer service help when I couldn't figure out key fob set up; CS helped me set it up. Had 1 question.......there was a red card in the packet that said "......to remove brackets w/ wrench provided"; didn't see any brackets and there was no mention of these in the Quick Start instructions or the User Manual instructions. Unit ran fine so I'm guessing this isn't an issue. Thanks!!

I had to disconnect the bars that hold the battery in place to get the battery in. Spent half an hour looking for the remote pairing button. Surprise! There is none! You don't have do do that step. Started up nice and easy on the third try out of the box. I guess I thought it'd be quieter than my grandpa's old one but no.
