Easy to put together with 2 people

Very happy I purchased this generator.
I work from home and need to be able to power my systems which this does easily with enough to run the fridge, some lights and keep my phone charged when the power goes out.

Easy Operation

I was looking for something that was easy to operate and mostly maintenance free. I like the fact that it can be used with gas or propane. If you run out of gas or propane or if one is not available you have the choice. Very simple instructions.

A great generator!

We bought this generator a few weeks before hurricane zeta and I’m glad we did! It was easy to put together and it kept our two refrigerators running during the power outage. It wasn’t that loud at all when running!

Unit started right up the first time on propane. Quieter than my old generator. The remote start with fob is great.

Overall happy, but Oil Reservoir hard to access

Purchased 10/09/20 online, Received curbside on 10/14/20, Assembled and ran 11/01/20. Assembly of wheels and feet went smooth. I did not use the included 10W30 oil and purchased 5W30 due to the minus temperatures we get in the Winter. The Oil Reservoir was difficult to access, difficult to determine how much oil to add (no mention in manual what capacity is) so I ended up spilling oil on my 'flat surface' sidewalk. After connecting propane it started after 5th attempt using push button start. Remote Start works great. No plans to use gasoline as propane never expires and intended for emergency use only (well, refrigerator, lights)

Outstanding features in a small package

This generator has everything I was looking for. My application is for use in a fifth-wheel trailer as a back-up source of power. The great thing is I can plug-in directly from the trailer's shore power cord to the generator and start it from inside remotely. Great product!!

STARTED RIGHT UP ON THE PROPANE, IT IS A LITTLE LOUDER THAN I WAS HOPING FOR AND THE PROPANE HOSE WAS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVED IT. (MELTED)
