Well packed, no missing items or concealed damage. Assembly of wheels and feet simple . Added oil ,connected battery , connected to propane cylinder ,started easily using pre-paired remote fob .Ran for a while with no load then plugged in several items to test. It works well , looks nice and stores easily .So far ,so good.I will award it the fifth star after a year or two of successful trouble-free use.
Just got the new generator with electric start, dual fuel and wheel kit. Awesome features. Called tech support with question on set up as manual was different than unit and their help was spot on. Here, Here for good customer service!
I bought this generator last week and the electric start did not work. I am currently working with support to resolve the issue. Manual start worked just fine. Seems to be a good generator for the money.
My Generac5500 had an engine failure after 10 hours. It was not cost effective to repair. I was fed up with that product. I researched other generators and found the Westinghouse had good reviews. I especially liked the duel fuel feature to avoid using gas and the remote electric start that saved me pulling my arm out with the pull start. The W3600DF met my power needs for my area that has relatively few and short outages. It started up on propane after 3 start attempts(normal to get propane into lines) and ran smoothly after that. Ran my oil furnace, refrigerator, some lights, TV/computer and one toaster oven. That was all that was needed to be comfortable. I would recommend this product.
