We live in an area where power shutdowns are not rare and a generator is a desirable asset if we want light and heat during a shutdown. This model is a dual fuel model, and as a backup fuel, a tank of propane is easier for us to keep in reserve than a container of gasoline. This model is just what we want.
not only does this generator look good, it operates even better ! i poured oil and gasoline in it and it started right up. i also hooked up a propane bottle to the fine generator in a snap. I really like this Westinghouse generator
We bought this generator a month and a half ago to use for large event catering. It powers our oven and lights in a tented event kitchen. It is compact and efficient. It travels very well and starts right up! We love the duel fuel option since we always have propane on hand and it burns a little cleaner so it doesn't stink up the area with spent gasoline. It's also fairly quiet as far as generators go. We used to rent them and we are glad to have our own little workhorse... We will be buying another one for when we have multiple events.
