Works good came with bent frame

Really nice generator!

I just received this generator yesterday and put the wheels on, added the oil that came with it and ran it on propane. It runs really good and is more quiet than I thought it would be. I love the option of being able to use propane to run it. The remote start is a cool option too. Also, the handle that folds out is awesome, it really makes it a breeze to move it around on the wheels it comes with.
I'm happy I settled on the Wgen3600DF generator, it's a really nice unit.

I received generator through
Fedex shipping some scuffing on side . while checking snugness of parts and spark plug i found ceramic part of boot was broken. but still generator started with easy pull on rope and ran much more quiet than my 3000watt Generac purchased in 2000. I don't like propane connect fitting sticking out past the frame ,could be damaged easy making it a safety issue that's why i gave it 4 stars. I like the generator and would recommend it. but, I don' think anything is built as sturdy as it was in the past.

Won’t start

We just purchased this generator and it’s totally dead. We are in the process of getting our issue fixed. It does have some good features but until we can get it started we can’t recommend. I hope it is a speedy process because we have a 1500 mile trip in a couple of weeks and will most definitely a generator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased the generator for camping purposes. It was easily assembled and easy to set up and easy to start. It started on first pull of recoil starter. The onboard battery was not yet charged to use the electric start mode. Generator is very quiet but gets louder as the load on it increases. It will be great for camping and as a back up for home power outages.

I just received my WGEN3600DF easy to set up tested it out worked great love the gas/propane options also the remote start worked flawlessly will come in handy for the Ohio power outages

For opening the box, to starting it up was 42 minutes. I could have done it quicker, but I wanted to read twice do once and do it right
Very easy to understand and follow step by step set up
Electric start took about 3 seconds to start the generator. Took only one pull of the manual start to start the generator.
I'm ready for this winters power outage(s).
