Appears to be what was shown - however unit came with no information package at all, difficult to put it together without some initial product information. Cant recommend as have not used it for power outage as of yet which was purpose of our purchase.

I received this generator as a gift from my Mother-in-Law, it was very easy to put together and the dual fuel is a definite bonus. I have a grill, mosquito trap and a fire pit that all take 20 lb bottles and a spare bottle in the shed. I will be covered when it comes to propane. The fact that you can switch from gas to propane while the generator is running is another plus. The remote, while a handy, "Watch this !!" while showing off to your friends, will probably never be used when needed. It has a push start button right on the generator. Still nice, but I don't think I'll ever use it.
My review is strictly initial appearances and opinion as I have not started or load tested it as of yet; the true value of a generator...

Nice little camper generator

Bought this generator to power my 26’ travel trailer for a trip without power hookups. Generator did great. Powered the AC, refrigerator/freezer, tv, lights, etc with no issues. Ample outlets made hookup easy.
Is listed as a quiet generator (under 60db). Was still noisy but not as bad as a standard unit.
Two things that would make this generator better:
1. Fuel gauge is not accurate. Appeared as if fuel was almost empty but still had probably half a tank remaining. The red fuel bar disappeared but generator kept running. No real way to judge when you need to refuel. It ran out after about 12 hours.
2. No meter to see how much power you are actually using.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like I can hook up gas and propane.

Purchased a few months back. Does everything I need and more. Runs efficiently with propane and gasoline equally. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

I just received my new generator and now I can sleep knowing that I will have a dependable power source to keep my home running in the advent of losing utilities in an emergency. Westinghouse is a name that I trust for there reliable well made electrical products

Arrived on-time.
Unboxed and followed manual. Had it ready to go in about 10 mins.
Started right up with no issues.
Haven't applied any serious load to it yet but seems to be working as expected.
Don't forget to do the 5-hour run-in time before applying a load.
I'd recommend buying the wheel kit of not included.
