Very well built

Great value for the price, versatile features and built like a tank. I filled the tank (with stabilized fuel), added oil, opened the fuel valve and it started up in an instant. All outputs tested good. Ready for the next Snownado.

Hard to start

I bought this a year ago and from the first time we used it, it was hard to start but we didn't think anything of it only that perhaps that because it was new it needed to be used and that's why it was hard. I also have a champion so we would generally use that generator. Well now through hurricane Beryl we needed to turn both on since we were out of electricity longer and for being the third time this generator took more than an hour to start. We tried everything from checking the oil, changing propane tanks, checking the spark plug and all and finally got it started after a little over an hour .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Generator

I purchased this generator because I had been losing power for days a lot at my house and it becomes incredibly stressful constantly packing up and going to stay elsewhere. Well and I don't really like leaving my house when there is no power cause people could break in. Because this runs on 2 different fuels it's easy for me to store because I can put the propane with it and then store some gas in the garage. There's more than enough power to run the things that I'll need if the power is out. We basically would shut everything down except for The refrigerator and then in our bedroom we'd be able to run the TV the air conditioner lights the modem and a few other things that we need in our bedroom and keep it cool and in the winter we have purchased some space heaters. Easy to start and the instructions made it easy to understand in assemble Easy to start and the instructions made it easy to understand in assemble. So far I'm really happy.

Wow, and An Oopsie!

This is the second generator I've tried. The features on this one, that were standard are why we selected it to replace the last one. No special kit necessary for high altitude, cold start, and the remote start/stop. Just got it running this morning and am quite pleased, so far. Love the remote start/stop! The oopsie, well the air filter box and cover were both damaged in the box. It was not due to shipping. It had to be assembled with that broken part. Shame on the factory worker and quality inspector! Sending for a replacement part. Lets see how customer service responds?
