Fired right up

Put it together fine, instructions need updating to address changes to battery hook up. Oil reservoir cap difficult to put back on after filling. Instructions should identify oil capacity to prevent overfilling.

Great Quality Generator

I just purchased this item last week. I’ve never seen a generator before this, but it was easy to follow the set up instructions. I set it up myself as my husband is disabled. I’m happy to know that we have this security in case of a power outage.

Nice to have both fuel options.

We have a small cabin and it seems to power everything just fine. The remote start sometimes does not work as the choke does not seem to fully open but once it does it runs great. Fuel efficient and not too loud.

I have had this generator for a week and so far I am very happy. I love the remote start feature. The generator works well. Just a bit noisier than I expected but I am satisfied with the performance. I appreciate the 3 year warranty

Beat up on arrival, but well equipped.

I haven't used it to power much yet, but I'm happy with the accessories that were included to get it set up and started, the features it includes, and the good build quality of the generator itself. The downside was that it had some frame bends on arrival which appear to be totally cosmetic in nature. Nevertheless, it fired right up once hooked up properly. It even has the necessary hose for running propane, a battery charger, and tools included. I didn't feel like I bought a product that was meant to be a "congrats, you're on your own now!"

Great design and perform

Bought this due to several recent power outages and did a bunch of research online before I purchased. Very happy I chose the Westinghouse. Started right up and runs beautifully. The duel fuel system is a major bonus and provides redundancy in case I can't get gas at the local pump.
