Cannot get to start electronically

The generator will start after a few pulls & runs smoothly and quietly but it seems that I have a bad battery or something because all I get is one click with the push button or the remote. I have yet to call the company for a resolution but my review could change depending on the results.

I bought this during the Texas Freeze and it’s been more than useful. Easy to set up, doesn’t make a lot of noise.

Received the generator last wk and tried it out a few days ago. Love it! It's dual start which is super helpful since I live in the mountains and usually get snowed in during the winter.

Great freatures but the fule line coming from the fule switch vavle going to the carb was installed with a 90 degree kink that wasn't allow fule to pass. It was fixed and works great now. Just check all your fule lines when you get a new one.
