Not as quiet as I was hoping

Its a good generator, I've used a couple of times but I was hoping it would be on par with the quietness of another brand that starts with an H. Its honestly not that quiet and its advertised as being so. Also, I'm wondering if it was tested at the factory with ethanol based gas as the product was surging for at least an hour while my good gas likely cleaned out whatever was leftover. That being said, it started up easy and is fairly easy to move around.
I would recommend this to a friend!

ThIs is my first time buying a backup generator. The quick start instructions we complete. I tried the generator on both gasoline and propane and it seems to work fine. It is a lot quieter than generators I've heard running in the neighborhood during previous outages.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just bought this inverter to be used this weekend at the softball fields. Can't wait to use this bad boy to run a couple of fans for the kids to use in the dugout.

Great features, I don't know, it shuts off when I try to use it. Had it two weeks, don't know if it got damaged in shipment. Something trips when I go to use it. Battery guage always shows 0%. I can't tell you if it's great are not. I can tell you the remote start works great! The only thing so far. Taking forever to find out if I can take it to an authorized service provider.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lightweight

Very quiet and light for the wattage. Runs the 15,000 btu AC on my camper. Also love that I can start the generator from inside my camper with the fob. The parallel feature is nice of you need more wattage in the future.
