Hi, I have just unpacked it and it looks amazing. I was impressed with how well packed it was. Also, everything listed was in the box. When I get it up and running I will re-evaluate this generator. Even though I am from Canada I still think I should get a free cover (I'm smiling) like you offer for the USA. Thanks Chris
Recently bought this for our travel trailer and home use, like all of the features, started right up, if it operates during load as it during breakin I will be very pleased

6 months ago. First time using had to charge the battery on it before the recoil would start it. Same thing happened the second time, so i charged it for quite awhile and ran the generator to help charge. Went on a trip last month and needed the generator a half dozen times, the only way it would start was to plug it in and charge it for 20 mins before the recoil would start it. Defeats the purpose of the generator. After starting would run it for a couple hours each time and still battery would not hold a change. Never have been able to get the electric start or remote to start it. Fortunately, my truck has a power outlet that i could charge it from otherwise i would have been in really bad shape on my trip boondocking with my new RV. That said the generator seems nice and do believe that once I Westinghouse gets invovled they will address the problem.
Love how easy this is to use. In Florida we can never under estimate the need of a good generator and one that is not real noisy is great when it is running for days.
Have only started to break in and test with RV AC units. Works fine so far. 4 stars because the iGenTent cover I bought with it is the worst design I have seen. To many moving parts and not easy to put on and off. can only imagine doing it it the rain.
