Hoping to get it working soon

I was looking forward to trying out this dual fuel generator. However, so far it only runs 30 seconds before shutting down. I have authorization to bring it to a repair facility and I hope to be able to resolve whatever is wrong soon. A bit disappointing that it didn't work right out of the box. Hopefully this doesn't speak to the overall quality of the unit, time will tell.

we bought this to power our small rv .It runs the lights, microwave and TV at the same time .I also was able to use it to run the air conditioning ( I didn’t try the air conditioning and microwave at the same time) Oh and it also ran the furnace in the camper.

Bought this unit back in June, after going through the startup process, this unit has run flawlessly and very easy to move around. Been very handy tool on out hunting property and other events
