Quiet & Light

Bought for my RV use as I mainly dry camp. I had a Firman inverter, same size but it was much more noisy. We go to college football games & RV's are in very close proximity - so not only was it tough to carry on a conversation with generator running but I know it was annoying for neighbors. The Westinghouse is much quieter and lifting it up into my truck is much easier - around 35 pounds lighter than the Firman. Enjoy having the remote start so can do from inside the RV. The only slight downside to this model is a slightly smaller tank but worth the tradeoff for the light weight. The battery and oil is very accessible so maintenance should be a breeze.

I got the generator today and it was super easy to set up. It comes with a funnel to put in the oil that screws in so no oil can spill. It also comes with a battery for the onboard battery. Carry handle and wheels make a transport effortless.

So far just used on LP easy set up ! nice digital read out plus LOAD % graph . Thats nice for break in period . Pretty quite for its size , bought for my slide in camper was looking at the 2550 but up sized ( was worried AC start might push the limit on the 2550) This one plenty of power ac / micro and all lights on same time not even 50% load .

Extremely happy with my iGen4000DFc. Easy to use. Quiet for a generator. Easy to lift because it is only 50 pounds. Also, has wheels and a handle for easy mobility.

Broke in for 5 hours .runs great .nice add-ons

Only had the 4000wDFC for about a week .
Broke it in for required 5 hours .runs great on gas and propane .Remote control and push button work great .
Nice information on data center screen .
Changed out oil after break in .
10w30 royal purple full synthetic .Time will tell if this unit works great down the road.
