Started up on gas right out of the box, ran dry and then tried propane. Worked flawlessly also.

Bought this unit for our boon-docking trips. Needed one wife could stat will I was out in my boat, very happy the 4000DFc more than meet the bill.

Westinghouse iGen4000DFcv Generator/Inverter

I just purchased this generator/inverter for my home in Florida, we are in the middle of hurricane season and I hope I don’t have to use it. But I know that if I have to, I can be sure to have power from a great Westinghouse product. It runs on both propane and gasoline which is great.

I started the unit, the remote works, I plugged on our trailer and the generator was able to start either of the AC units (one 15,000 BTUs) without a problem.
We're looking forward to using the generator as we travel.

I just brought this a week ago, and after testing the with Propane to power the 1500 BTU AC on our travel trailer, no issues. The reason I purchased the unit, I like the remote start feature, it quiet and its light weight.
