Great combination of features

Has everything I wanted in a portable generator. The only thing missing that would be nice to have is bluetooth with an app to monitor it, but for the price what all it has is pretty good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too early to review

Westinghouse asks me to review this item before I have had time to use the generator. However, I wanted the free item provided after I register the item and provide all my demographic information. A review is also required but I am in the process of unpacking the item. It would be more fruitful for companies have me use the item for a month, allow me to register the item while unpacking (so I don’t forget to register), and then send me a survey. Then, I could provide a valid review of the generator. Thus, my rating is bogus and my recommendation unfounded.

Why did I wait so long

Just got my new Westinghouse iGen4000DFc. Did lot of research and read all of the reviews from all of different brands. This one checked all of the boxes hands down. Everything is working perfectly!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First Impression of the iGen4000DFc

Westinghouse's packaging and documentation are top rate. Beyond that, it's the little things that let you know that a lot of care has gone into this product - the exactly right-sized bottle of oil; a filler tube that screws onto the oil inlet; easily accessible battery connections; a power supply that plugs into a charging port to keep the battery topped up and a robust propane connecting hose.
It's lightweight for it's power output, and it has an extendable handle to facilitate moving it around, thus saving your back.
After hooking it up and initially starting it on propane, I tested out the range of the remote. The generator was 60' and two walls away and it still started without a hitch. Purrs like a kitten at idle, and although I haven't tested it under a heavy load, I'm sure it will be a whole lot quieter than my last generator. It seems like a good product and it fits my needs. Couldn't be happier.

Just received the generator and so far so good

The initial startup on gas took a little time to start but once it did, it ran quite well. I like the size and ease to move it around with the wheels and pull handle. It fits well in my fifth wheel storage compartment and with the weight of just 59 lbs its easy to get in and out.
I would recommend this to a friend!
