Great features easy setup.

Good So Far

I initially had a problem with filling the gas tank, it would accept gas at a very slow rate before it began to back up and almost overflow. I contacted Westinghouse customer care (they responded super fast, kudos to them) and they told me to rock it slowly from side to side. Apparently that loosened something inside that was slowing the filling process, seems to have fixed it. After carefully reading the instructions I filled the oil tank with the provided oil using the provided funnel, which screws into the unit, set the controls as instructed, and pushed the start button on the unit. It came to life immediately. One of the reasons I bought this unit was because it was reviewed as being reasonably quiet. While my wife wanted a generator for a backup when the power goes out in severe storms for our sump pump, she was dreading the noise a generator can make. When I showed her how to start it up in case I wasn't there (she remarked how easy it was), she was surprised how quiet it was. So far the unit has run well for our needs.

When you register your generator they ask you for an immediate review so I don't have a lot of experience with the product yet but it turned on.

Once I realized I needed to connect the battery wires after pulling it out of the box, excellent! Sit down and turn it on and off!

Ive very please with this product. It is well constructed, used quality part, and is incredibly quite when running. I appreciate the inclusion of oil, oil funnel, and love the rolling functionality and remote start.
