We live on solar power, works great till there's no sun. Its nice to just push a button and switch some cables
around to be able power the house and charge the battery bank at the same time. No more sore back from using a pull start gennie.

I just got this invertor. I like everything about it except I would have liked if it had a quick disconnect for the propane hook up.

Compact inverter generator for emergency back-up

Just got the unit but it appears to be of good quality and when I connected it to a propane tank it started pretty quickly and runs pretty quietly, especially when switched to ECO mode. I bought this primarily to run my Navien Combi Boiler and wanted an inverter type generator in order to protect the electronic controls of the Navien. While not light, it is light enough to be picked up by the handle and lifted into my SUV if I need to take it with me.
