I have put about 50 hours on this during a few camping trips since 9/2025. The fuel source has been 100% propane. It has worked flawlessly so far. I like that the generator can be started from inside the trailer using the remote fob. A key benefit is its light weight, making it easy to stow when not camping or to secure it inside when I leave the site. It is nice and quiet. Generally, when cold, it takes 2-3 tries to get it to start. This is likely due to using only propane. I would buy it again.
This generator is replacing a Honda 2000i that was under powered for my needs. This unit is twice as powerful and half the cost of the Honda that we've had for about 8 years.
Purchased 6 or 7 weeks ago. I only intend to use Propane with it, so tried it right away. The battery was too weak to start it, even after charging, but started easily with the pull cord. I let it run an hour under light light and it ran fine. It turned it off and it restarted easily with the battery. After letting it sit an hour, it wouldn't start with battery or pull cord. After a lot of fussing around, we isolated it to a faulty regulator. Westinghouse sent a new one and it is working fine again.
I hope to not have any further problems with it because I like that it uses Propane, but I can use gasoline if I *have* to, and it really is much quieter than any other generator I've seen of this capacity.
Super happy with this little powerhouse generator. The inverter generator is so much quieter than my previous generator, it is hard to believe. Powerful enough to power both Air Conditioners in my RV and keep the batteries charged up with no problem.
