Excellent Product

Delivery was on time and the generator is exactly as stated. Assembly was easy with just putting on the legs, wheels, and filling it up with the oil provided. I'm running on propane and would recommend this to anyone.

I bought this product less than a month ago and it was delivered promptly. Also, the packaging was really great. In order to avoid damage. Registering my product was very easy assembling. My product was very easy. Contacting customer service just to ask questions was very easy and I appreciate i the patience and kindness I was shown.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Shipping was not fast but this unit basically runs everything in my whole house. And reasonably quiet on propane to boot.

Great Generator for the price

After some delivery issues, the new generator arrived in sturdy and strong packaging. We liked the new improvements to the generator, such as the oil drain tube. The job is so much easier.

Westinghouse Generator WGen9500c

Have just had electrician install the connection to the house and started the generator.
Added oil and fuel and it started readily.
The generator comes with a charger and it should connect to the Control Panel but there is no hole to insert. Hopefully Westinghouse will respond and send someone to rectify the panel.
Under ASSEMBLY on page - 12 under contents It advises 2 washing machines - - which should be 2 washers.
Again hopefully Westinghouse will rectify their user manual. Too early to tell how good it is as winter still here and no outages yet. Thank you - Peter.
