Excellent - Easy to setup and use

I tried it out camping up in northern Arizona to escape the heat. Used it to power my new Travel Trailer and it performed wonderfully.

Lots of power and options

Just received this generator and had minimal assembly to do. Although the wheel axle assembly was different than in the diagram, it was it was easy enough to figure out. Overall I am very pleased with this big boy. We live in hurricane territory and have power outages that can last for days. Although I hope I never need to use it, it will provide all the power I need .

I was looking to buy A portable heavy duty gen. that could power almost the whole house with dual fuel. After comparing others gen. and reading the specification, the Westinghouse stood out .This is a well built gen. I think this going to be my last gen. I will own.

I just received my Generator, it is heavy so I had my brother give me a hand but it was easy to setup and get running! I hope we don't lose power anytime soon but I'll be ready if we do.

Waited three months for this generator to be available. Exactly what I wanted to power the whole house, for medical reasons, in case of a prolonged power outage here in Florida. Love the ability to use propane as I don't want to store large amounts of gas for a prolonged period of time. Delivery was fast, and direct to the door.
I have recommended this generator to two of my neighbors, and we all went together and ordered one each.

I purchased the WGEN 12000DF a week ago and have set it up and run it. Everything went great with the setup and running. The only issue I have is the lift bar is too short for the frame opening. This does not interfere with using the generator and I will check with Westinghouse as to a resolution to this. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase and will recommend it to others.

Its a little too early to tell but the machine is as described. It was well packaged but arrived with the sealed battery leaking and a small mess to clean up. I am working with the warranty dept now. Since we are in the middle of covid calls are not answered promptly. The frame needed to be squeezed a bit with a ratchet strap to install the lifting bar on top, but no big deal. I was happy to see it came with a batter as not all generators do. Assembly was easy and the machine started right up on Propane. Gas not tested yet. Running voltage was low but I have not put a load on it yet.
