It's a strong & good running generator. Unfortunately the providing cranking batter is undersized and the one I received would not start the generator even after fully charging. Otherwise, it cranks great using a small Li-Ion jump pack. Will be contacting customer support.

THIS IS MY 2ND WESTINGHOUSE GENERATOR.BOUGT IT TO POWER A 2ND HOUSE. ALWAYS OWNED GENERAC GENERATORS. I AM GLAD I GAVE WESTINGHOUSE A TRY.VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT,GOOD QUALITY,GOOD FEATURES

I recommend this generator set though the battery connector cannot be made without a nut and bolt which did not come with the generator

We did quite a lot of research and it appears this is best suited to our needs. Easy to unpack and started right up. Using propane no worry about gas going sour.

arrived packed well, easy quick set up, the provided funnel for adding oil was a huge help, well laid out looks very well made, very solid, fired right up, quiet for a portable 12K generator. Very happy with my purchase. Replaced a smaller unit so I could run the whole house
