excellent product, only issue so far is the 50A receptacle is too close to the wheel.

Bought this because California is turning into a 3rd world country and out power is always going off. The dual fuel feature is what attracted me to this product.

Love the Auto Start!

This is an excellent value and having the auto choke feature that works with the remote control start is aswesome, not to mention how great it works with the ST Transfer switch...Thank You Westinghouse!

Awesome Generator!

I purchased this generator because it was large enough to run our house including our 5 ton AC system all on propane! It came packed really well and it fired right up. The less than 5% THD was another reason I purchased this generator. Very pleased.

WGN12000DF Generator Arrived Early

Generator arrived early. No shipping damage. Generator has passed all tests - propane and gasoline fuels. Control panel features working properly. I have not tested full electrical output but initial break-in electrical production is correct. I am very happy with this generator. Based on my research it is the cream of the crop.

Great features

This is the second Westinghouse generator I have purchased this month. The dual fuel capability for monthly exercise of the engine was a key feature as well as the low THD. I have owner Generac and a variety of box brands and the workmanship and features for the price make them a high value purchase.

Had a choice between this and the duromax, westinghouse is a better brand, and the features on this generator are awesome. Remote start, push start or recoil, dual fuel, 50 amp outlet, transfer switch ready etc. And plenty of power.

I spent months looking for the right generator for my home, no doubt pushing 100 h of research online (and loud eye-rolls from my better half). I debated a whole home generator and, while I could get more power, I could not easily take it with me should I move, plus the significantly higher price tag. For the frequency of power outages we get in central Texas, the WGen12000DF was the perfect mix between power, features and price. Especially attractive to me was the ability for the dual fuel option and the very low TDH% (I didn't want to worry about all the electronics that could be plugged in at the moment when the generator came on). Do your homework and take time to shop around; but if you're looking for a powerful generator you can't go wrong with this one.
