Well built machine

I bought 12000 DF last week got it delivered 5 days earlier than expected which was a bonus. It took all of ten minutes to put the wheels and feet pegs on plus the oil. Once that was done it was time to put some gas in the tank and fired right up. Have not tried propane run yet as I don’t have any yet. Would highly recommend this generator.

I perches wgen20000 and ran a whole tank of fuel it had no problems then I loaded it up with 45amp drawer and ran it for 4 hours no problem regulater keep voltage at 120v.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We just received the generator and are in the process of getting it ready for service. We purchased as a backup for our whole house during hurricanes that frequent North Carolina. I will follow up with more once we start her up!!

Had the 15000 dual fuel for a few months now and have run a decent amount of hours on it, over 100 for sure. Changed the oil, changed fuel filter, air filter checked regularly and cleaned as needed. Ran exclusively on gas for the entire run time until 3 days ago when it suddenly just died and then would not restart. Gas tank 2/3 full. Hooked it up to the propane bottle from my grill and it fired right back up. Not sure what the issue is at this point but I use the generator to supplement my solar array so I have just continued to use it on propane. The unit itself has been awesome, it runs whatever I throw at it and just chugs along, but for sure however my experience goes with support trying to get this gas issue figured out will determine what I think overall of my purchase.
