Purchased this generator to provide power to my house during a power outage. I'm on a well and need my pump to run as well as my furnace. Last winter we lost power for 4 days and needed this generator. Very happy with it. Works as described.

I bought the 9500/12500 GENERATOR a month ago, nice features runs great.. I cute the power off my house and started it , hooked it to fridge & deep freezer and a couple of fans.Not that loud, so happy…..next I’m going to hook straight to the house…

Powerful generator with great features! I live in Florida so having a generator to power my entire house is important. This generator provides plenty of power and keeps the house up and running when we lose power. Great product and company!

Extremely happy with this powerful generator! We bought Model # WGen14500TFc and will be running it on natural gas. As a safety measure, we set it up for a trail run and it powers up the whole house: a/c, electric stove, 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer plus numerous light. No issues with all the load on it. We are now ready for inclement weather if power goes off.

Personal use for when storms make it hard to find fuel. not used generator yet and hoping I do not need it during or after a storm. It’s a beast of a generator!
