Beast Mode/ No regrets

Ordered the Wgen12000DFc that was upgraded to the Wgen18000DFc in 2024.
My understanding is that the specs. were better than the manual previously stated.
That being said, No buyers remorse.
If your on the fence and on a budget, about a generator, you need to get off the fence and get this beast.
I'm a one handed 68 year young man on a fixed income, this has all the helpful options to make a power outage as painless as possible. If I can work or move this thing you can too.

Admittedly, I haven't tried powering my entire house yet. I just received the generator and tested it with propane and a hair dryer. But it looks and feels solid. I plan on updating this review after having a chance to fully test the equipment though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible service regarding warranty

I bought this unit 2023 so it's still under warranty. Mechanair is unable to provide a service center to me to have my unit repaired. It's no longer producing power though the engine works fine. I run a sprayfoam business and the downtime has cost me 20k in lost revenue. Given no other options I've had to buy a new unit to replace the broken one and now I'm having problems with that one too.
I've bought these machines with a three year warranty. I deserve a working machine.

Extremely Satisfied!!

I wanted to be sure that I was prepared for the power outages in Houston Texas. We've experienced power outages in various conditions; winter and summer. I needed a generator that can handle powering my entire house and some. See, I have a neighbor that is a senior citizen that is taking care of her disabled daughter and I wanted a generator that could handle both houses. We both had an electrician to get our houses with the capability to connect to the generator and we were so excited to see both our houses running of of the Westinghouse Tri fuel 20000! I also turn on my A/C unit on this generator and it handled it like a champ! We were so impressed and believe that we are now prepared for any outage in our area. Thank you Westinghouse family. Great product!!!

Total garbage stay away from this brand!

I bought this generator in back in Jul 2024. It has never worked and it's been in a service center since August 2024. Fault is the fuel selector system which does not feed any fuel into the engine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked for one and sharted the bed.

Owned a little over a year and it will not start (electric nor pull).
Westinghouse is the Ford of small engines - DON’T TRUST THEM.
GENs are easy to repair - fuel, fire and air, especially at a year old, but who has time for these games so early on? Not this guy, regardless of their warranty.
If it malfunctions this quickly it’s not considerable. No excuses. It means the design engineer doesn’t care, thus the company doesn’t care. Poor Q/C and design. Shenanigans.
Will have repaired and sell if anyone will buy it. We wonder why no foreigners want to sell or buy American made products made recently.
