Power Outage no issues !!

purchased on 3/19/2021, the generator was taken off pallet and went through manual, then it just sat in garage until needed!
attempted to use 1 time, could not start, "dead battery"
(my fault), charged it and then it ran like a champ
used several days now from 9/27/2024-9/30/2024 to run my 2500 sq ft home
transfer switch was put in when we built home in 2021,,Thank God for this beast of a generator,,

Easy to assemble and setup

This generator was easy to assemble, setup and "break in". Happy to have a reliable source of energy when needed for the next hurricane or tropical storm in Texas.

I just bought this generator yesterday. I have it all set up and working. It seems like it is going to be better than any of the four generators I have previously owned,

Voltage issue

I bought this 12,000 DF generator to run my house and particularly my wall pump. I’ve had opportunity to use it twice now and neither time has it run my pump. The electronic on my well pump error code says insufficient voltage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
